A very efficient service from Hough Green via Autoaid on a bank holiday Monday. ETA given was up to 90 minutes however they arrived within 30 minutes. Quick diagnostic and a good attempt to start however needed recovering. No quibbling when I requested recovery to a different garage. A great overall experience. Thank you!
We had to call upon Hough Green earlier this year to recover home a poorly coach. Service was outstanding. Even though it was extremely late getting to yard they ensured the vehicle was safely parked and the driver was ok with locking everywhere up. Very highly recommended

As a key worker my car broke down whilst at work yesterday. A lovely man called Josh came out to recover my vehicle and transported my car and I back home. It was not driveable due to the clutch going. I would certainly recommend. Thank you again.

Broke down in our motor home on the A55 at Conwy. Mike was sent out to recover us. Fantastic service Mike! Really caring and helpful. Knew we we were in trouble and stressed but went out of his way to make sure we were safe and then passed onto the AA for the rest of our journey. Didn’t enjoy breaking down.. but Mike was brilliant! Also special thanks to EMMA in control who did all the organising for our recovery, which must have been REALLY complex. We broke down at 5pm… we were home by 10pm. Amazing! We thought we were going to be stuck all night.. but Emma got it sorted. Thank you so much Emma and Mike! Both SO professional and helpful! Great ambassadors for your company!!!
Despite being told that the maximum amount of time I would wait would be 90 minutes which was witnessed by my passenger, I actually ended up waiting for nearly 4 hours in minus 6 temperatures and despite ringing the company I was fobbed off every time
