My new washer was faulty from the start. What a nightmare when you are dealing with Argos and Hotpoint who pass you from one to the other. Hotpoint customer services were rude and quite aggressive. I had to wait for their engineer to find it was a control panel problem before they would issue an uplift number for collection which Hotpoint then cancelled. I'm still awaiting collection and I'm considering charging a storage fee. Customers are just not important to Hotpoint and Argos were no better. I understand that this link is for the appliance shop but as there are no contact points for the customer services you can pass this review to them.
Excellent customer service, no pushy sales men. Found exactly what I was looking for at a bargain price
Friendly delivery staff....on time and not expensive.nBought a fridge freezer and it is very good and nice, it also has a lot of space.nRECOMMEND

CURRYS Sold the HOTPOINT washing machine with Insurance cover when it broken took 1 full month to get an appointment for hotpoint engineer to Come and check.but still waiting because Hotpoint keep cancelling the appointment.saying engineer is not available. I didn't get it to repair. I paid on cover totall £1084.99.nNow currys blame Hotpoint and Hotpoint blame currys. NOT GOOD?!!!!!
