Love my Hot Pod Mini Membership! A heavenly hour for me and my practice each week. The instructors are all great, they guide and support you through the classes in the toasty pod which often finish with a mini massage! It's the best way to end my working week!

I have been enjoying hotpod yoga at the Derby studio for the last two years and it has become my favourite type of exercise as it’s not only a work out for the body that burns up to 700 calories! but also works the mind. The experience is always great, each class is guided by friendly and knowledgeable yoga teachers, each flow of the class is also different which I love as you’re always trying something new. There are always lots of different types of people in the pod as you really can adjust the flow of the class to suit your needs and ability. Hot yoga has definitely helped to change my mindset to a more positive, calmer one. Their brand new yoga mat is also a dream. Perfect for beginners or those who are more advanced, the more I sweat in the pod the grippier it got! Makes a great Christmas present to a yoga lover.

Hotpod yoga is an immersive way to experience vinyasa yoga. Each teacher has there own style which keeps classes fun and exciting. It has helped elevate my back pain and create a calm mental space. The pod is a calming environment and the heat helps to get further into poses.
I absolutely love HPY. I was a complete beginner a found the classes ok. The instructor always gives options for less or more. The app is great and makes it so easy to book.
I am so pleased I discovered hotpod yoga! A variety of class times, brilliant instructors and a relaxing atmosphere in the pod to help the flow! Highly recommended!
