We have stayed at this hotel on a regular basis over the last year. We love the location which is perfect for us. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms on our last visit in January. The room was a significant improvement on rooms we’ve stayed in previously. The new layout feels spacious and the bathroom in particular is much improved. Rooms we’ve stayed in previously were looking tired and in need of a refresh. The hotel staff are always friendly and especially the women who work at Reception who go the extra mile. This is our preferred hotel when staying in London. We’ll return very soon.
We have just returned from a 3 day break at the Novotel London Paddington. We have stayed here before and booked again as the hotel is in the perfect position to explore London and we had a great experience last time. Previously we travelled as a family but this time it was just me and my husband.nOn arrival we were very warmly welcomed by Oumaima who was so helpful, accommodating and friendly- our room was on the 10th floor and had recently been refurbished to a high standard. We were delighted with our room, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We knew from recent reviews that the hotel is under going a refurbishment program but the renovation work did not affect us as work is only carried out during working hours when we were out.nThis hotel is so quiet but very central. The facilities are excellent and we enjoyed using the pool and sauna every morning before breakfast. The swimming pool and changing rooms were immaculate and also looked like they had been refurbished.nAll the staff are friendly polite and welcoming and were keen for feedback, asking if wed slept well or had a good day. Probably the friendliest team of hotel staff we have come across. We had breakfast included which was buffet style was excellent. There are different breakfast specials each day. All in all we had a wonderful stay and will be returning. We'll done Novotel Paddington.
Wonderful stay and can reccomend. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Wonderful view from the bedroom. Thank you to Melbern and Nicolleta for a warm welcome! Allwyn and Priyanka made our evening dinner most enjoyable and their reccomendations on drinks and dinner options are top notch if you are having a hard time deciding what to get! Wonderful and clean facilities for gym and the pool. Thank you to the manager Ihjas for a wonderful welcome and a lovely treat in our room!
I had an excellent stay at Novotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Imran. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting guests with a warm smile and genuine kindness.nnImran’s customer service is truly outstanding — he was patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and passionate about their work.nnThanks to Imran, my stay felt special and comfortable. He is a true asset to the hotel team, and I would gladly return because of the exceptional service he provided. Highly recommended!
This was not my first stay at the Novotel Paddington. I usually choose this hotel for its extremely convenient location just across the street from my workplace. This visit was only for one night my stays are typically one or two nights, so it was a bit short to form a full opinion.nnThe room was comfortable, though it could benefit from some refurbishment. The bathroom and toilet area felt somewhat dated and would benefit from modernization. That said, the room was clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay as a single guest. It was a little small, but still suitable for one person.nnI enjoyed both dinner in the lobby restaurant and breakfast the next morning — the food was tasty and plentiful. The staff throughout the hotel were helpful, available, and very professional.
