Excellent location just a few minutes' walk from Leeds station. My room was very large, pristine and quiet, with lovely Rituals amenities in the bathroom. There was no milk in the room when I arrived which annoyingly I only noticed after I'd taken my shoes off and made a cuppa and as there was no way to contact reception from the room I had to go down for this. There was a lot of maintenance work going on on my floor, and a fire door check after I'd checked in – it wasn't noisy but it made the stay less relaxing having to navigate around it. Would definitely recommend the hotel regardless.
Great location - arrived at 11.30 hoping to drop off my bag & was able to check in & go to my room..thank you!nRoom clean & spacious.nBreakfast decent & plentiful - however,,avoid the 'fried eggs' - rubbery inedible things best used as mini frisbees.nNoisy neighbours first night,with a 3.30 wake up call - no fault of the hotel,,this is a City Centre venue,,Friday night & not much they can do about it..nOverall a good explanation & would use again
Well located for the centre of Leeds. Good that it has a car park, but its extremely tight and very expensive at £18 per night if you are paying for the hotel already.nnModern reception area with nice bar and restaurant area, albeit a little small for number of rooms.nnRoom was very hot. I set the dial to 15 degrees but it did not cool it even over night. Unfortunately couldn't leave window open due to road noise.
Really nice hotel just a few steps from the train station. Really luxurious and the room rate we got was very reasonable. Breakfast was additional but absolutely excellent. Staff were superb. Highly recommended.
I would have given 5 stars for the room if it had better sound insulation from the road and a bathtub in the room. I got an executive room which was very well equipped, a coffee machine, a safe, ironing board and iron, sofa that turns into a bed, the bathrobes are really nice and soft. They had put two rolltop bathtubs to good use behind reception, a great idea for a sofa! The breakfast was delicious, I would only improve the quality of the coffee. I would stay again, it is really nicely located a few mins walkway from the train station.
