My 5 year old daughter and I made a quick visit. We had an idea of what we wanted to bring back to Canada as gifts daughter's classmates, family, and my coworkers. We stuffed our basket and checked out quickly. We mainly picked up the Selector Multibuy packs. I picked up a box of 30 Milk to Caramel for my coworkers to share.
Beautiful shop full of wonderful chocolates. Great experience on Saturday. Although busy there was a drink taster and it was great to have a chat and run by ideas wirh the person showing the drink options. Ge really was s famous sales person and knew his chocolate products.
Went in to purchase a surprise for my wife and was having a conversation with Alistair about my struggle with finding non-dark chocolate since eating a vegan diet. He went out his way to talk me through the options and recommended me something to try. Will definitely be going back for his customer service before I even get onto the tasty chocolate!
We popped in today to use my £5 birthday voucher and ended up buying a velvetiser and a coffee maker Wonderful staff who are very friendly and up for a chat! We can’t wait to go home and make some hot chocolate!

Went into the store today to try and get a new base for my velvetiser and to my surprise they had one in the back and gave it to me as I am a big fan of the product line. I always get good customer service here and across all their store so thanks.
Always a good place for chocolates. There's always something different to try. The chocolate is sublime. Can't be beaten.
If you are in the City Center you have to go to Hotel Chocolat. It is a shop with different fine chocolate products. And believe me, the ice cream is scrumptious and it is a different experience. Indeed the staff was very kind.
Great chocolates but, they are on the expensive side!
Great vegan chocolates with a wide variety of selections. Came to get one last Birthday gift for the sister and the clerk was super friendly/helpful I had to come back for the large box instead of the small! The family all loved them. Didn't catch the sale assistants name who was working on the Sunday but thank you for the exchange!
