Driver forgot half the order. I offered to go and collect items missing from the store and got palmed off by whoever answered the phone saying the girl would be back with my items and not to come in. By the time I gave up waiting as food was going cold and went to collect items they had shut the shop and gone home! Obviously couldn’t be bothered sending her back! Wouldn’t mind but it was paid for prior to delivery. Jokes on them as I’ll be going in when they’re next open to speak to owner/manager
Ordered food at 7pm. Delivery arrived at 9:30pm . Food was cold and order was completely wrong. Would not recommend to anyone and will definitely not be ordering from here ever again.
Made an order online 8.40, closes at 9pm, to collect. Money taken out of my bank, restaurant would not confirm order. Had to ring them, told me to ring up and sort it, that's what I thought I was doing??? Told me they had switched the machine off because they were closing, i said it was not 9pm. Not helpful in the slightest, will not be ordering again from these
Food has always been nice, customer service on the other hand is so poor, lady on the phone not interested in our complaint whatsoever, and if you place your order on their app, don't expect to get what you have ordered when you collect. We ordered fish, order was accepted when we went to collect get told we've not had fish in all day so why accept our order????? we get home to discover no chips with the order call the chippy to complain not interested whatsoeve, no apology nothing poor poor service don't think we will be using this chippy again which is a shame really
Been our family chippy for years but unfortunately after tonight's very long wait 2 hours from actual order time and awful customer service we won't be returning plus not sure if there is a different chef but food standard has certainly changed over the past couple of weeks! Shame really, as we usually have nothing but praise for this place.
Awful food. Prawn toast smelled off the taste was awful it was just pure oil. Fish also smelled off. Also charged me £4 for delivery when advertising free delivery with min £10 spend, something that should have cost £13 ended up costing over £18. Awful.
Food was nice and delivered in the allotted time however my special kebab had no kofte so bit disappointing as you expect to get what you pay for
The worse Chinese I have ever had, just so bland I think they may have ran out of salt. The cheesy garlic bread was good though, so it probably depends a lot on what you order. Definitely steer clear if you're looking for Chinese food, especially if you are vegetarian as the 'veg' was 95% bean sprouts and the odd green pepper. Chips were awful too but maybe because they didn't ask if we wanted salt & vinegar we did so they were completely unseasoned and tasteless too
Have they never heard of salt or soy sauce? I ordered vegetables with mushroom. Awful, tasteless pile of beansprouts with a couple of mushrooms and 3 or 4 pieces of other vegetable. Virtually indistinguishable from vegetable chop suey which my daughter ordered. Cheesy garlic bread was good and chips were acceptable although no salt and vinegar - and neither was any offered. Service was quick. WILL NOT RETURN unless it is the only food source available within 30 miles, after a nuclear war when there are no motorised vehicles available. I would honestly prefer to eat dry bread. Definitely the worst takeaway meal I have ever eaten. I would have scored zero if there was an option.
Not happy at all food was freezing took our over 2 hours to bring my food and when u did it freezing and all taste of fish not happy at all want a full refund as none of the food is eat able been trying to ring u all night I want something done as not paying 30 pound to not be able to eat anything
