THIS RESTAURANT IS BY FAR THE WORST I have come across. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The service is absolutely poor. My food came after almost 2 hours. I could tell it was cold. I received no compensation for this. I sent the food back and they were more than happy to lose a customer because it just means they can eat it themselves. They didnt even try to satisfy their customer for them its just money plain and simple they do not care about their customers. I am very disappointed by this. The driver left the restaurant 10 minutes after my estimated delivery time and on top took half an hour to get here. His excuse for the lateness was school traffic. No it was not. It was late because he left late and even later because of "traffic". This place is crap. Second time I have had problems with them. This review will be posted everywhere.
Wanted to try a new place. Being an Indian this place has completely insulted all the spices and freshness of the food. I’ve received gone off lamb meat kebabs it smells so strong and disgusting. The chaats are so bland all that’s in there is mint chutney and yogurt in there. The only thing that was ok was the papad. Sorry to the company if this sounds harsh but I genuinely think they could have done way better.
Hot red chillies is my local go to Indian takeaway, after this experience I will never order from them again. At Wednesday at 0:51am I placed an order, I ordered the "Set Meal for 2" which contains, Onion bhaji 6 or samosa 4 Daal makhani or punjabi chicken Saag paneer or saag gosht Large plain rice or large pilau rice or butter naan 3 or Chapati 3 2 Cans of Coca-Cola & gulab jamun also a garlic nan. When the order was accepted, they added 10 mins onto the delivery time. Perhaps due to a busy takeaway or my special request of very mild dishes. At 2:22 I chased up the order, didnt recieve an apology that it had already been almost 90 mins since I submitted the order, way longer than stated delivery time. Was told that it was really busy and that the driver left 2 mins ago and that it was on its way. Called at 2:47 and 2:52am no answer from takeaway, a further 30 mins waiting time. at 2:54am after 2 hours of placing the order a cab service calls me saying they are outside. I asked them why it took so long and that 2 hours is no on. The driver admitted he was a cab driver and only received the order 5-6 mins ago. The takeaway is based in Pinner and I was in Northwood hills at the time, the distance via transport is 8 mins maximum. I ordered diet coke, got a pepsi instead and one can missing. Normally get complimentary poppadoms and salad regardless of what i spend, didnt recieve any got 3 mint dipping sauces though. This implies they had forgotten. There was no Gulab Jamun, the nan was cold even though it was wrapped in foil, the rest of the food was lukewarm. Filled a complaint with Just Eat, Takeaway didn't apologise made out the order was only 30 mins late and that the set meal doesnt contain a gulab jumun even though it clearly stated on Just eat, offered me a £2 refund. Astonishing they accuse me of distorting the truth when they have been all this time. Just eat offered me a £5.00 off voucher and encouraged me the leave a review as i am clearly unhappy that the takeaway handled it so unprofessionally. Would not recommend ever, lost a customer for life.
They do quite good chicken here, but not sure why it's always empty. They never seen to have much cooked, so I normally just take what's available rather than waiting - but it's not bad!
Iv ordered 3 times from this restaurant and it has always been over 30 to a hour late and when it turns up it's not even hot or tasty. WORST PLACE EVER.
Got my food deliveried in more than 2 hours,cold...what u expect. One of the drinks missing ,raw chicken and fries...kept them for a nice complain+refund.Customer service is rubbish...their food safety policy as well.Dont let them steal your money.
Horrible food. Late delivery. Misleading customers, advertising king prawn fried rice but hard to find even few small shrimps. Avoid, never order
First time was afraid of eating food. Breast with a skin not eatable place is dirty as hell and old. Avoid this chicken place!
They do high quality chicken at a low price and are often open very late at night up to about 3am although they have tried to overcharge me before hence the 4 stars.
Not a very busy place, and has changed management several times in the last few years, but the foods not bad.
