The food is good however if you order using UberEats, Deliveroo or Just Eat, they are bound to get the order wrong 9/10 times and you can rarely get a refund.. you call up Hot Express Special and they tell you they’ll throw in something for free the next time but never do.. so if you want to ensure you receive everything, you are better off collecting to ensure you receive everything you paid for!
Waited 1hr 20 mins for 1 pizza to be delivered. Lied to on phone, told 5-8 mins but it was really 25 mins and not even an apology. Barely any topping on the pizza and it was dry as a bone with no sauce even though I asked for extra. They have a track history of messing up my order. This is the last time they have the chance though!
Love the pizzas here. They are just so tasty, I would recommend to everyone to order from here. We've started to come more frequently it's that good! We've also had the bbq chicken wings from here which are also delicious!
Amazing customer service and delicious food, very clean aswell
Never received my order. Placed an order through THEIR app, wait 1 hour, called : it will arrive in 5 min. 25 min later still waiting. Called 3 times again they keep saying 10 min. No apologies. They are 7min drive from my place.... cancel my order I am not waiting an hour and 45 min from a pizza place down the road...
2 hours of wait incomplete order wrong pizza and no card machine on driver. Very bad service do not order from here you will be disappointed. Worst pizza shop on Uxbridge Road. Not deserving even 1 star.
Huge 18 inch pizzas. Halal. Very reasonably priced. Nice customer service and most importantly, great-tasting!
Sometimes very good if get them on good day only problem sometimes they use cheap cheese cut down on pizza sauce and don't cook the pizza properly
Very rude on the phone. Always rushing you to order because he is very busy.I think only one.person work there so he is the only one who is doing everything .From taking order on the phone preparing cooking looking after the front customer and box the pizza when it's ready
Not tasty at all! they just selling dough not pizza the extra large used to be tasty and reasonable price but now it’s just 18 pizza for the price of £9
