Horrible experience from the Horton General Hospital. My partner just completed a MRI scan conducted by rude staff in the unit. Granted we were a few minutes late to the appointment, but it doesn’t warrant feeling degraded by NHS staff to a point where my partner left her appointment in tears.
I came to the hospital in an absolute state of despair and inner suffering, along with my physical symptoms.nnI have been so well looked after and has helped to restore my faith in humanity.nnThe staff here really truly care, it is clear. These professionals are so caring and patient and I’m in absolute awe of them. All of them.nnThey are wonderful and I feel so lucky to have received this level of care and attention. They really are some special humans.nnJust want to stay thanks so much
My daughter Sophie was admitted as an inpatient to the Children’s Ward this week for 5 days with various respiratory infections and tonsillitis. All of the nurses, drs and staff were fantastic when caring for Sophie. In particular id like to thank the following people:nChloe, Helen, Dr Roy, Tom, Lucy, Lisa and Nicola!nYou all made us feel very safe and taken care of during a very scary time. We cannot thank you enough.
I was really impressed by staff today in Day Care Surgery. Everyone was highly experienced, knowledgeable and kind. We felt lucky to have had my operation here. Thank you for all your time, expertise and thoughtfulness.
A&E staff amazing. Thank you so much for the care myself and my husband recieved on boxing day. I can't thank you enough. Your support through a traumatic and stressful time while you are under pressure was exceptional.
