We held our wedding reception there and up until we were dealing with the kitchen manager we were completely ignored by one of the chairman who was dealing with the venue. We were told we had to pay a premium on top for using an outside caterer yet there was no menus given to us!! We booked it back in may and it took until late September to hear anything regarding food. They also attempted to charge us for tables yet when we first booked the room price included tables. This charge was only mentioned to us 2 weeks before we were to marry! Stressful. However the kitchen manager sorted it all out for us took the potential charge away due to the false information we had received upon first booking. And he's sorted tables and table decoration etc. It was in the end a truly amazing day!!
