I had my first appointment yesterday after years of not seeing a dentist due to being nervous. I registered as I've been having a few problems with my teeth recently so wanted to get checked out. The staff were very helpful and the dentist was the friendliest man I've ever met! He explained all of my options and approximate prices and explained exactly what he will need to do in my next appointment and how we will keep on top of things in the following months. I feel very confident that I'll receive the best care possible and my visit definitely calmed my nerves a little.

After being under this surgery for 30 years I was told I could no longer have NHS treatment due to missing 2 appointments I will add these appointments where 7 years apart. I was not contacted following my most recent missed appointment which I feel is very poor service as there could well be a very good reason for my missed appointment. Very disappointed in the surgery after a long history of attended appointments and will not recomend to anyone in the future

Seems busy to get appointment however can't complain much about customer service but takes more time when appointments are made as they also update info manually to patients file - need to get rid of this system to be more efficient in service delivery. Doctors are cooperative.

BE WARNED - If you miss more than one appointment (no time period restrictions), then you will booted off - you can of course pay £60 to be seen privately - like i am going to do that! Their text reminder system was down, so no reminder sent - THEY phoned an incorrect number - 1st missed appointment. They rearranged my appointment - i totally forgot! - 2nd missed appointment! Bingo - booted out - hope i never have to go to court and these are on the jury!!!
