Staff were very friendly and professional BUT the place is VERY SMALL AND NOISY. There’s only a single door from the actual testing room to the main lobby which is only a few steps that’s why you can literally hear everything. Nclex examiners and driving theory test all throughout. You can hear everything that is happening from the main lobby which is really disturbing. Even the car sounds you can hear. If they can do something to soundproof the main exam room or maybe create 2nd sealed door to shut off the noise from the main lobby. Otherwise, I don’t have any negative comment on all the lovely staff and how they professionally do their job smoothly. Just the noise comment. Cheers.
Everyone was really nice and patient. Clean, quiet and tidy. Everything was done by the book and easy to follow. It was my first time sitting my car theory test and I passed!
Sadly I had to go here a few times, but the staff and facilities are good.
Situated in heart of Horley. No parking available you could use pay and park nearby. Well managed Test Center.
Professional and Neatly conducted.nnThere is a locker facility for the test takers.
