I had a great experience at my GP appointment. After calling in, I was given a same-day appointment, which was incredibly convenient. Dr. Lee provided excellent care, addressing all my concerns thoroughly. The receptionists were beautiful and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant visit. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service I received.
I was very pleased with the efficient call back service. My appointment was pretty much on time. My doctor was efficient and attentive, the consultation was brief but effective, I received an amendment to my prescription by text five minutes after my appointment which meant my doctor had time to reflect and amend. I was contacted by the hospital the same day so the referral process was startlingly good. I was extremely impressed by this, my first gp appointment since registering as a new patient . I sought recommendations from my hospital care team about which practice I should to register with when I moved into Derby City, and this practice was very well respected by hospital staff. I can see why. Thank you for your confidence inspiring care.
The advanced nurse practitioner I saw was amazing, so helpful and friendly. My only bug bear regarding my visit was.. after checking in at the self check in kiosk/screen and receiving a 'you have checked in successfully' message, I went and took my seat in the waiting area. But apparently you are supposed to wait longer at the screen for the next page to appear as it tells you what floor you need to go to, nothing on the successful check in screen tells you there is more information to come. Ended up sat in the wrong waiting area. Feels like it should be an easy fix which would help the surgery run more efficiently.
Hi What can I say, from me calling to book an appointment to me getting to be seen was probably something I have never experienced before. The whole process was so smooth to the point that when I got my first opportunity to share my experience, I was saying all this good things about the practice. Great staff from the phone to the receptionist and the GP, its was fluid. Keep up the good work
I was happy with my last appointment because of the professionalism of the doctor who attended to. Since last year, I have suffered from light headedness and I was now loosing my balance a lot which has taken away my independent after suffering from a stroke. Everyone before has looked into my ear and said nothing was wrong. She looked there and said I had fluid bulging in my ear. She put me on amoxicillin and advised me to vaporise. This has changed and improved my health and my condition. After a week, I am able to carry out chores and I hope it keeps improving. I think my fluid is draining day by day. I wish she had seen me months before. I would like to say thank you for helping me get my life back. Please keep doing what you did for me to other people too. Well done .

After calling, I was given a same-day appointment, three hours from my calling in time,which was incredibly convenient. Dr. Susan Oladeji provided excellent care, addressing all my concerns thoroughly. The receptionists were beautiful too and caring with smiles.
Got my appointment with my GP booked on the same day I requested which was great because I didn’t have to deal with a long waiting time. My GP was patient and thorough. Also, the pharmacist at Peak Pharmacy also patiently guided me on how to secure a prescription prepayment certificate so I wouldn’t have to pay more for my drugs than I needed to.
The only reason I gave a 2 star was the initial booking of the appointment. Absolutely horrendous to get through hence why I haven't been to see a doctor for such a long time and have been suffering. However upon getting into the surgery the receptionist was very pleasant and informed me of a delay she was lovely. Dr Sabia was very good attentive I felt he actually listened and cared. So apart from getting an appointment my overall experience was quite pleasant.
I had a recent appointment and saw Dr Ojo. She was thorough and compassionate during my appointment. The 2 receptionists Paige and Kim were lovely, very helpful and very busy dealing with difficult situations at reception but still had time for every patient that came into the surgery and dealt with them professionally. The only complaint I have is the hygiene standards of the public use toilets which need addressing, they weren't very clean and smelt unpleasant.
Tested, diagnosed and prescription in one afternoon! Excellent! It seems to me, after many repeated blood tests with no follow up over many years, each time a different doctor, the surgery would be more efficient if all the patients were treated by ancillary staff.
