This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever seen never open had to go and get my marriage and divorce documents so he would give me a parcel even though I had a tracking number and proof of different name . I usually go to the post office in little Sutton never have a problem or even in the Royal Mail sorting office no problem.
The biggest disappointment is this post office, I sent a package for 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for it to arrive at the destination, I went to them to ask for information, the very aggressive staff told me that it's not their job to check where it is. They shouldn't there is a post office that must be closed that mess.
When ever I go there to del a parcel they are shut. No matter ww hat time it is. This has now happen a handful of times. Are people making their own hours up?
First time I met this rude person and poor service. Will never go there again. When I asked a question because I didn’t want to make a mistake, he said I should organise myself and it’s my problem. I wish you all the best and not to be that angry with people.
