Best Indian in the area! Can’t wait to go back when it’s open again UPDATE Open again and as good, if not better than ever! Such outstanding food and service, as always. I’ll keep coming back. Me and my partner have just had a lovely evening meal here. Incredibly kind front of house. The food was amazing, reasonably priced and worth it. We will 100% be visiting again. We recommend it. The free shots of baileys and port at the end were a lovely touch! Thank you.
Four of us were here last night this is our fourth visit once again the food was outstanding the staff were very friendly and accommodating I will be return again and would highly recommend
My family moved to Hook last year and we ordered our first takeout from this place on Christmas Eve and OW my it was delicious!!!!!! Since then we ordered 3 times more and every single time very high standard of the food. Looking forward to actually go out and dine in. My birthday treat from my daughter. I had a Special Vegetable Curry, with both mushroom rice and a Chapati, Diet Coke and ice. My daughter had Prawn Korma and rice. My food was so really, really lovely, the best curry I have ever had and I mean that. Although my daughters Korma was very rich and a bit sickly due to the sauce being so sweet, so she said. The whole restaurant is on one level and the toilets too, so is OK for disabled and wheelchair users. Very busy restaurant which tells you something also, probably best to book a table when visiting. Parking spaces is on the main road and is small in size.
Being part of a monthly curry club we thought we would venture to Hook Tandoori and we were not disappointed! All our meals were very tasty and had great flavour! The atmosphere was very good with a lively environment,The only downside was we felt a little rushed when ordering our food.
I was staying at Highfield Park and searching a place to dine in. Hook Tandoori is definitely worth the drive. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala, comes with rice and I ordered a Garlic Naan bread. The food was amazing, the service was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this place!

Very nice food, the setting and decor was OK, even if the lighting was very bright. The staff were very attentive if a little bit too much at times, virtually stood by the table as I ate, some would be put off by this but I don't care tbh. The food was good and that's the main thing. I will visit again.
