thorough selection of items! stocks so much that you cant find in central london. roast meats, pastries, mochi and even chinese dong gu /dried shiitake mushroom!! also not sure if its limited but they offer a free chinese calendar w purchase!!!
Hoo Hing used to be very busy with traders stockpiling, but nowadays seem quiet. I went shopping there yesterday, I count how many people were there, a handful. What has gone wrong? I picked what I went for and the price were reasonable and left there satisfied.
Felix is the best in customer service, my shopping is enjoyable when he is there. Amazing service thank you. He also suggested how to cook the dumplings properly.
Hoo Hing Specialised in oriental cuisine and Household goods. They have a wide selection of food. The wholesale is always well stocked up and quite tidy. It's reasonable priced, There's also parking available.
For eating, there is only take away. In their menu, there are only roasted meat rice, wanton noodle, roasted pork bun, and shumai. The quantity of the rice is enough for adult and it costs between £8-9. But the rice is not fully cooked.
Everything for oriental cooking that you can find in there little dim sum restaurant inside too
They have Linghams Chili Sauce - our favourite for fried noodles! Generally well stocked. Love the little cafeteria where you could do a quick wonton noodle in between shopping. The refrigerated section has a good selection of frozen dimsums. However the lighting can be improved and the checkouts could be more streamlined, say, wholesale buyers shunted to two dedicated tills at one end and small retail purchases get processed faster at the other two tills
Moderately well stocked but attitude of staff appalling. Ask a simple question and you might wonder if you'd committed a crime. A couple of helpful staff but others so rude I won't bother again, will pop to Wing Yip in Croydon
14/10 10:00 am - attitude of the new manager ? only one counter was opened and I politely mentioned to him he completely ignored me! how unprofessional. We still missed the late manager David excellent customer relationship.
Has everything you need, much better selection and cheaper than any asda/sainsbury/tesco. Staff are so friendly.
