Tapas and a seafood platter to die for. Great food in a lovely atmosphere, with really friendly staff. Tried Malmado, Argentina's equivalent of Port whilst we were there - it's rather marvellous.

A really great find. Saturday night and the friendly proprietor found us a table for 2. The food was delicious and well priced. We shall return soon I hope.

Amazing food and atmosphere would definitely recommend the courgette frittatas and hummus with pitta bread. Would definitely recommended this place .

I recently visited with a friend for lunch and we had a fabulous time. Really lovely staff who couldn’t have been any more helpful. Fantastic cocktails and the tapas was really tasty. My friend had a pizza which also looked amazing.

We had a delightful Takeaway Tapas Lunch from here today. Everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavour and really well packaged for takeaway.  The whitebait was really nicely breadcrumbed and fried.  Ham & Cheese Croquettes were huge and full of goey melted cheese with pieces of ham. These were served with a spiced smokey-tomato chutney. The spicy chicken wings fell off the bone and had a gentle smokey-chili kick.  The Spicy meatballs were the star of the show for us, absolutely delicious in a lovely spiced tomato sauce.  We also tried the Thyme Mushrooms which were really lovely and savoury with a strong hit of lemony goodness.  The roasted Mediterranean vegetables and side-salad were both really colourful, fresh and varied.  We’ll definitely be back for more!

Fantastic restaurant. Wonderful atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff. The food is amazing with Pete the chef very talented in the kitchen. Lisa is usually front of house with other members of the family. Coping very well with Covid restrictions. Definitely worth a visit.

I have been living here for 5 years and can honestly kick myself that I had never visited. The service and food were wonderful. My husband had the fish. Superb.  I had the Pizza.... Being half Italian I am fussy with anything claimed to be Italian. I told the owner and chef that he is now on our  list of the" Best Pizzas in the World". I told him the best ones we have had were in Venice, Antwerp, Martinique and Croatia and now it's Honiton! We both had a lovely time. The staff were attentive and friendly and our little Waitress sorry I've forgotten her name was charming and a little sweetie. We wanted to hug her she was so cute. So thank you again for a lovely time and when my husband is back on shore leave you will be our first port of call if you pardon the pun!  Davina Blake MBE

We visited for a Saturday evening meal, a repeat visit as we have had great evenings here previously. We ordered tapas which was fantastic! However, we were then given the pudding menu and all decided on our options but after waiting half an hour for someone to take our order had all gone off the idea. During this half an hour, we observed bar staff eating bread behind the bar while chatting, staff members sitting and drinking wine on the table next door to us and each other of us made eye contact with a staff members. I then had time to leave the restaurant, walk through town to a cash point, calculated the bill ourselves and leave money on the table, then walk to the door before finally getting a ‘thank you’ from staff. We would happily have had puddings and further drinks but being ignored really ruined our evening. A dessert and bottle of wine from Tesco went down really well at home!

Visiting for the weekend with six friends, came across this place, great food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Fish platter and cocktails are great and the staff are excellent. Would definitely go back
