An appointment with Karen today. Always lovely as ever. Reception helpful. Felt covid safe, in the back door out the front. The team made me feel relaxed. Wow they work in such conditions to keep us and them safe. Full on makes and visors... thank you.
I am a very nervous dental patient but I can honestly say that I have never experienced such wonderful treatment. The initial conversation with reception was an extremely positive experience; the lady was kind and patient, the follow up email was clear and informative and the dental treatment was so gentle. I would absolutely recommend this practice,
I had to go for an emergency appointment today as I needed a tooth pulling. I get extremely anxious at the dentist but Mr Lomas and his glorious assistant whose name I didn't catch were both absolutely fabulous, explained everything to me, and made the ordeal bareable . Thank you both
Excellent service. Military precision during pandemic, absolutely amazing, they work so hard and its always the NHS doctors and nurses who are mentioned which of course is quite right, but what about the dentists, they are fabulous and must be congratulated for the outstanding work they do, thank you.
Having been with this practise for many year and always enjoy a good relationship, i called to make an apointment, i had been up all night with tooth ach. I had not made any apointments in the last 2 years i was given an apointment two day away, this was fine however the receptionist called me back to say i could not have an apointment until April two months, when i said she had just given me apointment on the 25,2 she argued, and was even mocking, how rude is that. i called my dentist Dr Lomas about tooth ach, im never one to fuss and im brought into an argument with Clair Steif Mocking me down the phone. how bloody rude is that, i will leave it there
Allways been treated well by friendly staff. The Dentistry has allways been exellent. I would recomend them also covid safe.
A very well run centre with dedicated professionals and caring dentists, can’t recommend them more highly.
