I attended to receive travel inoculations. From first contact to arrival and receiving injections our experience was top class, and very thorough. Mazena, our pharmacist, was very professional, excellent attention to detail and a lovely person.
Messed up my dossette boxes for the 3rd and last time. Twice was changing delivery days, leaving me without vital medicine, now they've issued dossette boxes without all medication included! They don't answer phones either. Been chasing medication for 2 weeks to be told by another chemist it's scanned in so they can't prescribe what I need,yet they have not delivered said medication. Absolutely shocking service!
The Pharmacist here is an extremely helpful, vibrant, and kind individual who explains everything thoroughly whenever I have a query. The female staff members made me feel at ease when my prescription was lost from my GP, and they were able to provide me with support until it arrived. I definitely recommend.
Started to use them because of good reviews in general and assurance that repeat prescriptions were delivered "in good time" Sure the staff are polite and helpful and HOPELESS. Been using them for 3 months late delivery twice. Looking for an alternative company as this is beyond useless.
Had the pleasure of getting Mazena to administer our family’s travel vaccines. She was able to accommodate us even on her day off and we all agreed she was very kind, knowledgable and gentle with the administration. Very pleasant and straightforward process. The staff are all lovely in the pharmacy, Nayab the manager is always so helpful and kind. Can completely trust her and her team with our prescriptions and overall healthcare advice.
Brilliant pharmacy and super helpful staff. A variety of services including home delivery. Pharmacist is a lovely, intelligent, vibrant individual who goes over and above. She takes time to go over the medication and is clear in the instructions that she gives. Can't recommend highly enough.
Absolutely awful service. Not ONCE, NOT ONCE can they find my prescription. All the negative reviews are correct. High standards? seriously. It is true Honey was poor but these new guys do not have a clue. It is like all the kids working in this place are on work experience. Also, waiting times are shocking. Especially when standing in the cold. Get your act together. No more excuses. I off to the pharmacy down the road. .

I have been using this pharmacy for 3 years now and have to express my gratitude towards the staff who are extremely helpful, kind and efficient. The only issue I would say I have is that due to my mobility difficulties I use a blue badge to park when I am too sore to walk that it is incredibly difficult to park nearby definitely something that would improve the experience here! but that isn't the pharmacy's concern. I also occasionally get my medication delivered and find this very helpful. A suggestion I would have for this service would be to get a 2 hour slot text to ensure someone can be home to accept the medication. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
I have been attending this pharmacy for years, today I went to collect my prescription as usual to be met with unhelpful, unprofessional staff who completely and utterly breached patient confidentiality. I see it is new staff it used to be such a professional helpful pharmacy. I definitely will not be back.
