Ordered some flowers today for my lovely auntie as it was her birthday. I requested some elegant looking flowers & paid £40.00. When I received a picture and message from my auntie, me and my partner were horrified to see the shocking bunch of flowers that had been arranged by the florist. Absolutely gutted as We were trying to make her day lovely as she goes the extra mile for everyone else. Shall not be ordering from here in a hurry.
