I cannot fault Homewood enough! I hurt my back during a gym session and had been given quite scary advice by a different chiropractor which was looking to be very expensive. After speaking to friends and hearing really positive reviews of Homewood I decided to go there for a second opinion. Claire was brilliant! She took one look at the x-rays the other practice took and advised me there wasn't much of an issue at all but having a examination would be a good idea. I have been for a few sessions with minor adjustments and some treatment, Claire always explains everything and talks me through the process, she is very professional and also personable. I have been pretty much signed off and will attend ad hoc for routine checks when I need to. The whole team at Homewood are great, you should all be very proud of yourselves . Thank you!
UPDATE August 2024 A fall in August 2023 resulted in a severe shoulder dislocation and a period in hospital. To improve my recovery, I decided that I would visit Homewood and made appointments to see Jo Kitchener. Her care and treatment at weekly intervals improved the shoulder function. By June 2024, following an ultrasound examination, showed that the damage to my shoulder joint was permanent. I will continue to see Jo and receive her treatment to ensure that the limited movement does not become worse. I am very, very grateful to Jo for her considerable efforts to improve and maintain my limited arm function. In addition I express my thanks to all the staff at Homewood for their welcome and service. Homewood is highly recommended to all seeking advice and treatment.
Homewood Chiropractic is situated in a tranquil setting and is focused on person centred care, rather than a money making scheme. The receptionist and management are friendly and welcoming. Claire is A fantastic chiropractor. Not only is she excellent with her manipulations, but she is also kind and friendly. I am so pleased to have found a good Chiropractic Centre in Gosport as I recently emigrated from South Africa.
I can't think why I haven't left a review before....Elaine has been my chiropractor for over twenty five years. I have spoken to people who say they are nervous to trust chiropractors....if you are that person, go and see Elaine, I promise you, you can trust her 100%. You will feel at ease at ease from the moment you step into Elaine's room. ...One visit to Homewood, and you'll never go anywhere else!
So far the best Chiro I've been to. More specific in adjustments, dry needling and muscle work included which has made a pleasant change from the standard crack everything and off you go style treatment! Highly recommended!
I have been seeing Lee at Homewood for the last few years and I can't recommend either him or Homewood enough. Everybody is very friendly and more importantly they, thanks to Lee, have sorted out my back. I had been suffering from a bad back for many years and it was my luck that I was pointed in the direction of Homewood and Lee. I can honestly say that I did not expect the immediate results I experienced and it was great to know what was wrong and how it could be treated. I now go every 4 months from a preventative perspective and my back is as good as its been in a very long time. If you have a back problem, go and see them, they WILL sort you out!
I phoned homewood in January when I literally couldn’t move from my bed, they got me an appointment the same day. David is absolutely fantastic, I ended up having a steroid injection for 3 prolapsed discs at a private hospital but David has been giving me ongoing care though out. If was ever in pain I knew I could just phone up and be given an appointment the same day! The ladies on reception are wonderful and soooo helpful! Honestly the best medical care I’ve received and they really do want the best for you! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much to the amazing team here
I have attended Homewood Clinic in recent weeks for treatment on a lower back injury and have been very impressed. Location wise, it is a short walk from Fareham shopping centre and the clinic in Osborn Road has perfect car parking facilities. The clinic is well laid out and the staff very professional.
I was recommended to visit this team by a work colleague. And to say the least, I was thoroughly impressed with the service received so far. The ladies at reception on my visits thus far have been extremely warm and polite. The chiropractor who I am currently seeing for my ongoing issue 'Lisa' has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable and more or less, sending me in the right direction regards to my injury. I am pleased to say I will be returning back to this clinic for more treatment and consultations.
A huge Thankyou to Elaine for organising an ultrasound for me last month at the Homewood Chiropractic Clinic as a direct result of this service I was able to help the consoltant at Q/A hospital today 26/04/23, with my medical needs for an operation very soon , this has made a difficult process run much smoother and quicker with all the information at hand , the team at Homewood are so professional and helpful Thankyou to you all
