Great experience. Efficient, convenient and great customer service, what more could you want? I had ordered 4 tyres to be replaced and when Chris looked at the rear ones he pointed out they didn't need replacing which saved me money. Honest and professional and I have no reservation in recommending to friends and family. Forget being ignored and hanging about in tyre garages, from now on I will be using Chris from Home tyre.
Had a puncture today 20/6/22 contacted Hometyre they came within two hours, fitted two new tyres at the front. Brilliant response, lovely people. Would recommend them.
Contacted after getting a slow puncture after seeing reviews about good service and comments of very reasonable price for puncture repair. I was quoted £48 for a puncture repair which is 2 to 3 times more than every other quote I received including other mobile repairers. I cannot comment on the service as I didn't use after the quote but it seems as though people are happy with the service the local fitter provides. Seems to be a national call centre. May consider if new tyre required but not worth the £48 for me to fix a puncture. Please note amended after comment from local fitter.
Chris from Hometyre came and replaced my leaking valve stems, he was very polite, professional and informative. Nothing was too much bother and to complete the job he cleaned all four wheels. The full job wasn’t expensive compared to other garages and he had all the equipment required available to do the job. Bonus - he came to you, so no waiting around in cold draftee waiting rooms. Chris is always fantastic with me! Knows what i need and makes good recommendations in terms of new products out. Comes to my work, takes my keys and by the time i finish work my car is all sorted. I would never go to anyone else unless an emergency
Chris came to my house on time and replaced 2 tyres for me. As efficient as ever and tyres didn't cost the earth as well. Highly recommend him for all your tyre issues from new replacements to fixing punctures and getting you back on the road.
Chris came to my home and apologised for being early , introduced himself then got to work on changing the two tyres . Even cleaned his prints off the wheels when finished . Excellent service . Highly recommend to anyone . Thanks Chris .
Locking wheel nuts on my Jeep had Jammed on due to being air gunned on too hard when I had my wheels changed. I have forgotten the guys name that came but he was really good, had them off quickly and professionally. Would recommend them to all.
Chris from Hometyre fitted 2 caravan tyres, and the whole experience was excellent. He was very efficient and helpful, and on time. He is obviously experienced with fitting tyres on caravans, and the difficulty in taking the caravan to a tyre fitter, is obviously alleviated. Have already recommended him to other caravan friends.
Brilliant cost effective service. Chris is very helpful and polite. Love the work being done at my own home...will definitely be using Chris again...so thank you Chris
