I love this shop. The selection is amazing and the staff are lovely. Lisa and Sandra were really friendly and they stopped to chat. I will always visit this shop its one of the best I've been to.
We were in the Altrincham Store this morning and Maxina was brilliant so helpful and took time to help us find what we wanted and telephoned the other stores for us. Thank you Maxina for making our experience in your store brilliant. Would definitely be going to shop there again.
Just out of homesense in altrincham very frustrated. We bought 2 chairs which we really liked and was planning on them for a while. After we bought them we noticed small chip at the back of the chair which was very obvious. The assistant was nice and we asked her for discount to cover the repair. She asked the manager Sam who came down and says he will discount 5 pounds only . He looked undermining and was not nice at all. We had to return it for the bad feeling we got from the manager in the first place and could have taken it if he was a bit nicer. We are regular costumers at the place and this is a word for Sambto reflect.
Not too big and not too small. They have a very good collection of housewares, some at reasonable and some at higher price ranges too. Some really unique products. Must visit if you are looking to upgrade the look and feel of your house.
Love browsing in this store. It’s well stocked and the staff seem to care about the displays. Always worth a mooch.nThey currently have some very good deals on Ralph Lauren table lamps and a good selection of pots for your garden.
