Yet again Peter and his wife have come to my rescue. This is the second time I've needed urgent assistance to fix boiler breakdowns. Both scenarios they were super responsive, very knowledgeable and sorted the problems quickly with a smile! Plus all at a very reasonable cost. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Whenever i have a boiler concern now, Peter is the first person I call.
Sounded very promising on the phone, but didn't confirm the appointment to look at the job. When I tried to call to get something booked, no answer. I think eventually, after several attempts to call, they blocked my phone. Wanted to use a local independent plumber, but had to go with a larger firm in the end. Shame.
Worked repairing a pump at my grandmothers house and serviced the boiler. Left the boiler with the case not fitted properly, made up faults with the boiler that haven’t been there and the pump leaking. She had contacted them and on 2 occasions they have not showed up to fix the problem. The leak got much worse in this time, but still very quick to take the money. Very disappointed especially as she in her 70’s. Avoid them at all costs
