Distinct improvement since the latest takeover. Really good selection of pots in the garden centre area best to rate for regular price cuts to get good value. separate area for click and collect generally works well although on my latest visit, just after lunch time, it was unmanned the the bell push wasn’t working. A quick word with person on the tills and someone was there very quickly to retrieve my item. There is also an area that will cut your wood or countertop to size, handy for fitting into your vehicle.nAll staff seem reasonably cheerful/personable.ngenerally good value.
Super helpful staff, but not many about as the few on shift were helping people. Seemed understaffed, everything on the shelves was locked, so it was really difficult to look at even simple hand tools properly without a staff member being there. Need more people on the shop floor !
Recently had the pleasure of visiting the store in Sittingbourne to get some much needed paint, when I got to the store I was greeted by a member of staff who informed me of their social distancing and measures they had in place. After a short Que i was asked to enter the store asked use their hand sanitiser then the given a freshly disinfected trolleyvery impressed not seen this in food then as I went into the store I was greeted by a young lady who directed me towards the paint asking if I would follow the signage on the floor again very polite, as I went through the store there were more signs on the floor and directional arrows too, even the odd member of staff reminding the occasional customer of their distancing overall a fantastic job well done, shame other retailers cant do the same
Popped in for some outdoor lights and BONUS!!! They were on sale! £4 a pop, only when I went to pay, they were only £2...bigger bonus! Lady at the counter could not have been more friendlier and we did return for more. Annoyingly, some of the lights were missing lids with the solar panels, so I am guessing they were pilfered! Not the staffs fault though!
