Poorly stocked, badly organised, dimly lit and very tired old store in desperate need of refurbishment. I freqently drive 3 miles to go to a competitor even though I can walk to this homebase, just to avoid the frustration if trying to shop here. Come on homebase, sorry it out!

Just left Homebase my wife wants to buy me a strimmer for my birthday I asked about their range of strimmers no one here at the moment was the answer. Someone did come to see me but said he was on a different store and maybe I should phone the company up direct you would think a store as large as Homebase would know what the hell they're selling! in fact it was the same answer I got the other night it's sell the xxxxxx stuff but nobody knows anything about it disappointing to say the least. I also needed some paint sorry nobody knows about the paint at the moment somebody did come but was less than helpful and looked distracted. I will not be rushing back
