Really bad service reserved a paddling pool and went to pick it up waited in the queue to be told it hasn't been picked for collection so went to pick it myself. To see one opened with no box partially pumped. Went back to speak to the "assistant" at the collection point and waited another 40 mins to only be advised if no one can help you and you are not willing to wait then she can't do anything. I was not the first or the last in the queue with this experience. I would advise homebase to retrain the staff and get some more workers or take a leaf out of band q and get some bloody self service check outs. Embarrassing service in the end I had to accept the used pool from £3 to £1 also one of the 3 tiers has a hole somewhere. Appalling service from appalling people.

It’s over-priced, terrible service, poor range of stock and totally incomprehensible layout. BUT, it’s convenient. So I go there. Resentfully.

It's a good homebase. Really good selection of plants.

This place is never crowded and has a free car park . Looks nice and has a large garden section

Nice to have a local Homebase. Could use more staff though the ones there are always helpful. Decent selection of all basic DIY needs
