Best Homebase store in my area! Manager John amazing guy, would do extra for customers to make then happy! Thank you John and Alex for provided best customer service in helping getting lot of floors we needed - from all around stores! Homebase need more staff like you two! P.S. Also Delivery driver who delivered items to Turves in October was Friendly guy and delivered items with smile! Thank you !

Couldn't find any paint for my bedroom too match my painting, went to Homebase and a lovely young lad was so helpful he not only got as close as he could with the colours he explained the type of paint I needed. Fantastic service.

The Huntingdon Branch, now Bunnings and soon to be re-badged, has been the best HomeBase Branch for many miles around. However, with the ownership change to Bunnings, the customer benefits have been profoundly better. For a start, the range of goods expanded very noticeably, with an increase in quality amongst throughout. Then again, the price reduction has been noticeable - apart from sale items, I perceived price reductions of up to a third on many items. My spend over the past eight months, has been just under £1,800. Now I wish to complement all of the staff who have been so naturally polite, knowledgeable and most helpful - and are always cheerful. In a single word, outstanding! The only names I can bring to mind, are Dan, Luke, Cat, Megan and Christine, Matt (the loader of all) and Gary. I'm sure there some I've missed so hope they'll forgive me. Of course there must always be a great team leader to encourage such fantastic staff, and I trust that Mr Michael Solieri is mighty proud of his staff and the high morale they all display! I will try to meet him one day in person and am looking forwards to the gradual re-stocking and badging as BUNNINGS. Congratulations on jobs you enjoy doing well!

Staff helpful. Plants not in very good state but it is hot. They always seèm to need a bit of TLC though.
