Have to say today the manager Charlotte has gone above and beyond in helping me deliver my garden furniture and for dealing with the customer service department of Homebase. Can't thank you enough , definitely first class customer service from her and her Bromsgrove staff.
Thanks Rob for helping me with 5 bags of compost and 4 bags of sand today. Lifted it all into the trolley and even put it in my car. What a star!
Popped in to look for some pain samples and also get a replacement tap.nThe gentleman that 'helped' me find the right tap was too busy talking on his phone. Multiple times, I attempted to get his attention, and he walked away. I was struggling with walking on this day and felt like I had to chase him down for help. When I eventually got his attention, he seemed annoyed that he had to finish his conversation on the phone, it seemed like a personal call from the bits I overheard. I also found him very abrupt, and when I asked him to help with the taps, he walked so quickly, I found it very hard to keep up, and this caused me extreme pain.nNot the best customer service I have received.
When here to sort out a new kitchen. Jake from the kitchen designs is really good. He helped us out with the design and understood what we were looking for. I would recommend it if you are looking for a new kitchen at affordable price. Excellent customer service. Thank you
A great store offering everything you need for diy and home improvement projects all in one place. There’s always some great value seasonal offers and the staff are all friendly and helpful, especially the manager Lox who cares about his customers and their experience in store 5
