It's just Homebase. It never has what I want, it is so disorganized inside that it takes far to long to confirm that it doesn't have what I want. And every Homebase I visit is different and hopeless. My most recent visit, the staff were not rude, but that's new.
A good sized store. The car park can get busy. Everything you would expect to find in this kind of store. Reasonably stocked. A large paint section.
Excellent staff, very helpful, but it's so cold in store it's a really uncomfortable place to shop. I wanted to browse in the kitchen and bathroom section but was too cold to hang around.
I don't know what it is with the biggellswade store but every time I go there for something it's out of stock . IE plumbing items, sharp sand ,cement, and even hardware. Travel to B&Q instead if I was you as the shelfs are fully stocked there .
very poor selection.. came after seeing items online and nog available in store . wanted 3 items and ended up getting none .
Looking for some door knobs, found them all to be very pricey and low in quality. Very poor selection but tubed polyfilla was reasonable
Not a bad homebase. Doesn't have a lot of real DIY stuff as you'd expect to find at B and Q or wickes but good for paint and other little bits.
No staff on the floor only at checkout very young and have no idea about what things you may Need or were to find them , after queuing was told its card payment only .
Not sure if they were getting ready for Christmas stock but the place looked half empty. Quite expensive compared to like minded shops.
Do not even answer the phone All too common fault with Homebase store Not surprisingly they are in financial difficulties
