Emailed this company a few days ago for a quote. Provided addresses, it was for a long distance move across Ontario. Received a very short response advising they could help and asked for a video of our listing, with no other explanation or request for details. Being this was our first moving company to contact, and was recommended by our realtor, I was unsure of the information they would require and did not have access to our listing video yet. I responded with "I do not have a listing video yet, can you please provide a quote'. And the response received was "I do not understand how you can expect us to quote when we don't have any idea what you have to move. At this point we cannot help you any further." My issue with this, is why say you can help and then shut us down immediately after. Poor communication on what details you needed for providing a quote. After this I went to a few other companies, and not all of them asked for how much property we had, just the addresses. Knowing it is a long distance move, one would assume the largest truck you have would be needed. In sum, we will never recommend this company to anyone. Our realtor is aware of this situation. I hope whoever responded to our request a name was never given either, very unprofessional will learn to take more time with emails and quotes, patience and communication are appreciated for customers.
Brawny Movers were great. We hired them to load and empty our sotrage container. They were so friendly and professional and FAST! Super impressed. Will recommend them to everyone going forward.

We have used Brawny Movers for our last three moves and have previously hired multiple other moving companies.  Brawny has become and will continue to be our first choice moving company and top recommendation to friends and family. Their pricing is consistently lower than other companies and the online booking is very convenient. The staff at Brawny always arrive on time and are professional, courteous, and fast working. They wrapped the furniture and took care with all of our belongings. They even disassembled & reassembled our beds so no one slept on the floor the night before the move. They have surpassed our experiences with any other moving company.
Brawny Movers made my really difficult and emotional move soooo easy. They were so careful with my things and I friendly. They were also very efficient.
Tyriq and Tysun did a great job moving an entire house, including items from a storage locker, in 4.5 hours. They were kind, professional and passionate about their work. Anyone that has them will be very impressed with how quickly they can move and rearrange large, heavy items.
We hired Brawny movers from a referral. These guys were awesome. Truly cared about our move and ensured all items were handled with care. Highly recommend!!
