Visited here October here and received a warm welcome and excellent food. Came here out of our way today and we were incredibly disappointed. Seemed to be different staff, a group of young lads running it today. We had two types of topped nachos which were served on a scalding hot dish and the food temperature ranged from freezing to tepid. There was sawdust on the seats and tables outside and it generally was not of the quality of our last visit. Toilets unclean too.
A little cafe with a very good view. Home made Cakes and tea's. Good weather when we visited so sat outside and enjoyed a view over the Loch. Cake's were good. Wash rooms could do with an overhaul otherwise not to bad. Visited May 2016
We came here last year on our way home and it was really nice the people were friendly and food was lovely. Unfortunately this time after we decided to stop here again after last year we were bitterly disappointed with it the food was cold the service was shabby non looked interested in what they were doing place was dirty tables full of sawdust and tea stained and toilets hadn't been cleaned
Great lovely view of snow on hills....great scones and warm welcome....and a good local interest places to go talk....10 out of 10
