I have ordered dining set and haven’t got delivery on time wasted time and money as I took day off from work Still waiting for my order They took money from my account and I can’t contact them properly Buy items at your own risk Very disappointing

Avoid at all costs, I used this company through eBay, they send your order with items missing and when you open a return request they pretty much ignore what you say and keep on about sending items out even though you state what you want which is a return and say they are confused, I waited two days before they would sort my problem and let me return the item, I then left feedback which was honest but they didn’t like so they messaged me to tell me to change my feedback as it ruined there seller metrics ( not my fault ) to then go to eBay to have it removed because they allowed me to return the item which may I add is my legal right to do so when parts are missing and the item wasn’t as described. ONE STAR IS TO MUCH BUT I HAD NO CHOICE.

Absolutely appalling customer service,Shoddy items,I am surprised that Amazon allow this company to use their name,Items are of poor quality and they are so difficult to contact My Advice is Keep well clear of this shoddy outfit. M
