Customer services is horrid and staff are extremely rude. Was trying to find an item so resorted to asking a member off staff my utter last result because they are so disrespectful there I politely asked the man “excuse me have you got any-“ he cut me off with a hand gesture and said “I don’t know” whilst walking away; this has happened multiple times.
This is a great store ! visit every year at christmas for decorations! but lately going more often can rival asda for a weekly shop! cheap and good quality!
Good selection but the customer service is appalling. They chuck your items through, this has happened pretty much every time I've been. I always say hello but nothing in return so I've given up and will order online now.
Great big store with a wide variety of items. Staff were friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well organised. Ample parking. Managed to find all the items I wanted. good location.
The cafe is great. Two toasties, two caramel lattes, kids meal of cheese sandwich crisps doughnut and a fruit shoot, a flapjack, and a bottle of water for less than £13. The girl behind the counter was working very hard.
