Staff always available to help customers find items and are very friendly and welcoming. Store us always very well stocked. As per previous review the guy on the checkout with the longish hair is a credit to the store. Communicates brilliantly with customers and interacts especially well with the elderly. Also thanks to Gary in the garden section who went out of his way to help us find a hanging basket and gave great advice re our bedding plants .
Been to this HB Prescot for 5 years , never had a problem. All the staff are welcome until today got a little problem with the payment on the cashier, and the guy’s face is annoyed with me. As I keep saying sorry and this is was unpredictable. And I asked nicely to do the payment again by tap from the phone and his face was so rude and showing an attitude. I just remember this guy wear a red nail polish. Hope you can do better dude to facing customers and unpredictable matters.
