Visited recently and had a good overall experience. The shop was clean and well organised, so it was easy to find what I needed without wandering around for ages. Staff were friendly and approachable, and happy to answer questions without being pushy. Prices felt reasonable for the quality and there was a decent range of products available. Checkout was quick and straightforward which I appreciated. Would happily come back and recommend to others in the area.
A massive thank you to the lovely shop assistant. Who went above and beyond to return our lost van keys to us this afternoon.nShe was so polite and friendly as I find all the staff are in the maldon branch . Thank you for saving the day
Theres currently two 1 star review,thats not nice,THE BEST SHOP!also add new yarn,but i loveee it and the art supplies are great!
