I had a fantastic experience at this retail store! The selection of products was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Liyah was helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The store was well-organized and clean, which made it easy to browse.
This store is my personal faviorite. I usually go there in every week. Well arranged and organized but need to share that the customer service is very poor especially one lady who is always there in the till. I am a regular customer there but honestly saying she never greeted me atleast once... No greetings or thank you from her side. Even we says thanks to her she never reply. No smile.. She is looking to our face in a rude manner.Very rude behavior. I am thinking of write a review since when I first went there but I didn't but I think this is the time. I don't want to destroy my personal peace so sometimes i don't prefer go to her till.I am writing this today because her behavior is same as always today.
Good shop but I looked at my receipt I was charged twice for an item. No staff to help as too busy at the check outs. Won't come back
Popped in to kill time whilst my car was being worked on by Halfords. Came out with garden spade.and fork, will come back for bird seed. Some prices are similar to other supermarkets but there are definitely bargains to be had here. Let's see how long the fork lasts!
Grove Farm Retail Park branch!!nnI purchased unicorn birthday ballon set. One of my large unicorns whilst being filled with helium popped. Without any hesitation Jack the manager and staff replaced my unicorn with not 1 but 2 unicorn balloons. Which cost £6 each reimbursed me with ease. Thank you Jack for always recitfying all problems so swiftly. It's the ONLY reason I choose this branch. Thank you all members my sister loves her set. Wish you all the best
