The assistants in this store are really lovely and polite. Today this young man carried 2 boxes of water to my car so very nice. Thank you I'm so grateful.
I had a disappointing experience at the Chadwell Heath Home Bargains store. I struggled to find disposable gloves and received minimal and unhelpful guidance from staff when I asked for assistance. It took nearly 45 minutes to locate a £2.99 item, which was very frustrating. The level of customer service was poor, and I do not plan to return to this store.
Large B&M store located at Goodmayes retail park. Good for general household shopping and a few DIY items. Reasonably priced products. Free parking at the park

Love the place, 4 stars only because id gone to find the pink stuff and there weren't any! Otherwise it has everything you can think off and well organized
