Great store the staff and managers are always polite friendly and very helpful.
It offers complimentary parking for an hour and a half. They have a wide variety of products and some of them are very reasonably priced.
All but one member of staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection of products and always good prices. Something for every budget. You can even buy basic vegetables and other foods. However,one middle/late age woman often working at the tobacco counter is rude and ignorant putting me off shopping in store. Her attitude is childish and seems anti English and I'm Welsh with an English accent,non Welsh speaking. The manager needs to address this and explain to her that she is there representing the store not herself. She is letting down her colleagues whom are lovely,friendly and hardworking. May 2024 EDIT . I think she no longer works there.

Went to this home bargains yesterday & I've got to say the man who served us was very rude. There was just no need for his bad attitude. He had no people skills for someone who is dealing with customers. My husband went back there today for something & the man was there but he just went to another till & the lady on there was very nice.
