Did not notice this dead fellow till I was done eating. Maybe in the future you can make sure the spiders are not inside the box with the pizza. Pizza was fine otherwise. Can only give you a one star rating due to the dead spider.
Waited two hours for cold burnt pizza and dried out reheated wedges. And when I say cold it felt like it came out of the fridge. Very disappointing if I could have I would have gave no stars. Lost a customer for sure. Hands down worst pizza experience of my life.
Wow what can I say we had a group of 35 girls staying at Lorne Estate on a residential trip and we ordered delivery from these guys, the Pizzas were Excellent, Excellent Customer Service & Quick delivery...I Would Highly Recommend and when we come back we will definitely use again Thank You from 1st Banff Guides

Hands down best pizza I've had in a long time. The owner said he had been making his dough fresh for 20 years and it shows
They do the best pizzas I've ever had. Freshly made doe, just the right amount of tomato sauce, expensive mozzarella not the cheap stuff a lot of other places use. And they garlic mayo dipp is a must. No other takeaway has the same dip. It is unique to there shop.
Dead on wee place, you get what you pay for with the prices also being very fair. Would visit again for a quick pizza fix, hangover cure or drunken monch.
I called at 20:09 PM, its now 21:55PM and still no sign of delivery. Also, the fact that Google shows this place closing at 9PM, I'm not hopeful of it arriving anytime soon. Extremely annoyed an order would be taken and not fulfilled as we order regularly from holywood pizza and this is not the kind of service you expect. UPDATE: I didn't use any online means for placing the order, I ordered by phone directly. The order was taken by the person and the order was for delivery. I tried to pay twice with 2 different cards over the phone, however your card machine wouldn't accept the payment and so I said cash on delivery. I dont feel like it's me that needs to complete any investigation , as I mentioned I called yous directly, placed the order for delivery and then sat waiting for 2 hours for it to turn up, then I called a number of times to check where the order was, only to see that yous were at that point closed 2 hours after I originally placed the order at 20:09 PM. Attached are my phone records....
We got pizzas from here for a leaving do and the were delicious. Best pizza we have had in a long time. Shame I don’t live closer as I would be here all the time.
My friend rang up this pizza place and the woman was incredibly rude to her on the phone. When we went down to collect the pizza we had ordered we requested to pay separately and the same women we recognized her voice was like 'Are you for real?'' incredibly rudely. A man who we thought was the manager began laughing and the other cashiers found it incredibly amusing how tactlessly rude she was to us. The only reason I didn't rate this place 1 star is because the food was okay and of reasonable value even though they forgot to charge me for toppings. Another thing I was annoyed about this place was that I requested to have chips instead of the garlic bread pizza and the same woman on the phone still refused. I won't be going back there again, nor will my friends. I went to the other pizza shop across the road- The Holywood Pizza company to order chips and they were polite and efficient, also their meal deal seemed to be of better value. To sum it up I was disappointed by the way my friends and I were treated here.
