As a disabled woman I rely on taxis to get me from A to B and have always used Holywell cars not only are all the drivers nice and chatty but the reception telephone staff are also really helpful and will do their best to fit you in if you need a taxi! I’ve yet to get into a Holywell cars taxi that was dirty all cars are spotless inside and out!! Wouldn’t change a thing highly recommend to anyone needing local or airport runs!!
Firstly I want to apologise for the last review. Since then I've used many times and they are very reliable and always communicate if they are running late. Best taxi firm in holywell.the lad on reception is very friendly.i don't know your name by the way but when I ring up the office knows me by name and such a nice touch.trish xx
I've been using Holywell cars for a few weeks while I save up money for a new car. They have always been polite, courtesy, and quick to come. They've made a point of learning/noting my name and the personal touch to the service is why I always call them.
Very good taxi company, only downfall is sometime could do with more drivers as long wait times

Absolutely awful made us wait outside for 30 mins to then answer the phone and tell us that they weren’t coming do not recommend
We have never been asked for our taxi fare EVER. The girl Kayleigh asked for the money and then never spoke to us once in our journey from Holywell to Gwespyr. I hope your other drivers are better equipped with conversation and niceties than this girl. We felt very uncomfortable.Service: Limousines
