horrible experience waiting 1 month for an appointment to get results from hospital. I arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic jam they said it was ok but I waited for half an hour they said they didn't want to make an appointment anymore because I was 5 minutes late. all my appointments are early and they make me wait 30 minutes they don't even apologise if i arrive on time they also make me wait half an hour while i arrive 5 minutes later they say it's me. i am a foreigner so they are dont care about me horrible and horrible. my doctor is selfish and not helpful
This is an appalling excuse for a Health Centre. Avoid this place at all costs.nnWe have returned from overseas for a while and soon after coming back our infant became quite sick. 111 was pretty useless, suggesting A&E which was not appropriate we're staying with an A&E consultant in case Holts or 111 helpline want to dispute that so phoned the local GP Holts to get a temporary residence appointment. First try they shut us down, second attempt I managed to get an appointment. The appointment lacked care to such a degree my wife left in tears.nnThe following day I managed to get an appointment at another surgery where they bent over backwards to get us in as soon as possible given the age of our child. They diagnosed completely differently to Holts. The only thing that the Dr in Holts actually checked turned out to be the issue all along. The diagnosis Holts surgery gave us was not an issue at all.nnAdded to poor diagnosis was general lack of care or empathy, total lack of thoroughness, total lack of any guidance and complete disrespect.nnStay away.
Regular misdiagnoses including a critical illness poor communication, doctors who can’t be bothered and ridiculous wait times to get an appointment.nAppalling.
