After wasting six and a half months of 2022 trying to purchase a property through Purple bricks & Premier Property Solicitors our transaction fell through. We were gutted. We turned our attentions to another property being sold by Manners and Harrison Stockton.  We wish we had been able to work with them for the initial property. Between Manners and Harrison and their recommended Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors they managed to complete the transaction in just 10 weeks! They completed purchase before Premier Property Solicitors had even resolved our complaint against them. We were beyond delighted and pleasantly stunned to hear it done so quickly. A massive thanks to Danielle, Ruth, Chloe/Gemma, Jasmine at the respective Manners and Harrison/Tilly Bailey & Irvine branches. Will definitely recommend to others.

Victoria Hessee was genuinely amazing with me. I went to view a property to let on the Tuesday and by the Saturday morning I had the keys.  Took care of absolutely everything and any questions I needed answering, she was always on hand.  Would definitely recommend and really can’t thank her enough.  Gift box you receive upon completion makes it all the worth while as well!

Arranged to rent a property via M&H. The process took about 10 days and everything went smoothly. I was fully informed of the next steps and was able to use email for everything. This was fantastic as it meant I didn't have to make multiple trips to the office, just one at the end to collect my keys. Big thanks to Mary and Victoria for all their help.

We used the mortgage broker services @ M&H and so glad we did. Phil is great at what he does and navigated us through a difficult house purchase. Danielle, to her credit, went out of her way to let us know of any properties that came up that ticked our boxes and checked in on us despite not purchasing through them. Couldn't recommend them more!

We were doubtful that our house would sell, given the state of the country. But Ruth from Manners and Harrison said that our property was good to go. With that, we started the process of preparing the house for it's photo shoot and waited for the place to go live on the website. It went live on a Monday morning. By lunchtime, there were two viewings for the next day. By close of business on Tuesday, we had two offers at the asking price. By Friday, we had accepted an offer over the asking price. They did not even have time to put up a for sale sign. We visited the agent office a few times, and they answered all of our questions. In a few weeks' time, this should all be complete. We are so glad that we invited them round to see our house.

Shocking service, advised me to use there solicitors who were based 150 miles away, lost me a sale, didn't follow my instructions, never returned calls. The last customers we took each others numbers and liased with each other as it was quicker and easier, will never use them again. Then got a bill which was double than what I was quoted, wish I had the quote to prove it.

Not a good experience from start to finish. They valued my property and then ended up reducing the price several times and still couldn't sell it.  Communication was not great despite being assured I would be updated. In the end I decided to give notice and change agents. Their attitude at this point was not good and they were deliberately evasive and unhelpful. I asked for everything in writing as I didn't want to have to pay them a penny. I changed agents. I have sold my property now and what a difference in agencies. I would never consider them again after this experience.

I just received the Keys for my new home. Danielle Wilson was really helped a lot to make this process successful. She is a really professional, friendly person with easy to communicate.
