Waited 15 minutes after the shop should have opened for the owner to eventually turn up. 90% of the models are behind a counter so you can’t actually see them and the owner wasn’t actually interested in helping, so I left feeling thoroughly underwhelmed. Would not recommend.

Really nice service, went for the first time today with my son. I will definitely go again and stop buying on line whenever it's possible

I have been using Holt Model Railways for many years and firmly believe it is one of the finest model railway shops in the country if not the world. Their knowledge of products and railway modeling in general is second to none.

Popped in to buy some 1st and 4th radius curves. Only too happy to help, lots of choice too.
