This is a disgrace of a GP surgery. I have been left without insulin (life saving diabetic medication) all weekend, due to the doctor prescribing me the wrong thing.. Rang in advance and asked the receptionist for it to be corrected (who are rude, robotic, patronising and tactless), so assumed it was done, went to the pharmacy on the weekend (the only time I could get there) to be told that it hadn't been done..Absolutely unacceptable and life endangering. The GPs usher you out as soon as they can, and show a distinct lack of care. I was experiencing worrying angina like chest pain, CT scan results came back clear, despite my pleas for further tests, the doctor literally shrugged at me and said, "what do you want us to do" ..?! I did my own research and got a second opinion, and discovered there were plenty more tests, Cardiac MRI, Exercise tolerance test, 24hr Holter monitor, I was referred to do all 3 by a cardiologist, after my persistence. Its worrying to imagine how many people are dying across the UK because of incompetent doctors and incorrect diagnosis. Please always get a second opinion if you feel there is something wrong, trust your gut instinct, do not accept the gp's word as gospel. The only good thing about this surgery is Doctor Wiessler, she is knowledgable, kind, and helpful. Avoid Dr Madan, Dr O'Malley and Dr Merrifield at all costs.

If you need a proper care in New Malden... this isn't. They don't have appointments on the same day, except you are very very very ill. Then you will get a call for a phone consultation until 11:15 am. I don't know why the reception tell you to call at 8:30 am , because no one pick up until 9:05 am. Also I asked for a special prescription... and got the wrong one. Maybe the ladies from the surgery need some checks for their ears as well. Very bad surgery.

Very difficult to see the doctor. additionally even get the time however waiting time is longer (20 mins appointment time) in surgery. I believe meeting doctor time is less than 5 mins.

Not going to lie but this is the worst GP! They never have appointments for same day and only able to book through telephone at 8.30 for a different day appointment. They act like they are the busiest GP! The customer service can't get any worse.
