Just had a visit from dr Khan for my 90 year old mother. He couldn’t of been more pleasant and thorough and sympathetic a big thank you from us both. And also a big thanks to the reception staff who were also amazing and attentive. Thank you.
I have nothing but high praise for all the GPs at Holmside medical group.nMy most recent appointment was with Dr Singh. His patient manner is genuinely caring, he listened to me, he reassured me and l left feeling supported and far more at ease than when l went in. This is a very good practice who go that extra mile for their patients.
Having moved into the area I moved to this surgery and have found them to be excellentnI have received first class service from all the receptionists, nurses and doctors who have assisted me during my bouts of illness. Many thanks, a first class service has been provided.
Absolutely horrendous. This is the worst doctors. Your unable to get an appointment to see a doctor. You have to discuss your symptoms with the receptionist who are very rude and unprofessional they hung the phone up on my partner when she was in tears trying to get help. Constantly getting told to go to the walk in center. To get an appointment you have to wait 2 weeks yet they are still taking on new patients which they cannot provide a service for. Probably better off waiting until you on deaths door and calling an ambulance.
Went today from the min i went staff lovely , met doctor singe what a fantastic doctor he is , thank you soo much
