Janet has managed both my sales and purchases over a number of years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her approach is professional, commercial and second to none. Her most impressive quality is her personal handling and attention to detail, which means both herself and her team have solved any potential problems before you are even aware they may arise. She prides herself on matching properties to her clients and I can confirm that if she says that she has "something special" for you, its likely you will experience the 'wow' as she has literally handpicked it for you. I have never once had to chase her or her team , they are proactive with all parties involved. Whether you get Janet, Ali or any of the team you will not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Holmes naden enough. They were absolutely fantastic in helping me & my two children relocate somewhere safe after an awful experience elsewhere. They were polite , professional & went above & beyond for us. They had found us a new, long term home in a matter of 24 hours. I cannot express how I will forever be grateful to them all for their utter most kindness. (They even sang Moana with my youngest while I signed the paperwork!) Absolutely fantastic. Will only ever use them from now on.

I have used Holmes Naden a number of times (sales and purchases) and they have always proved to be most helpful and professional. I'd particularly mention Janet and Lyndsey on the Sales side and Ellis on Lettings. There is a reason they continue to be Bollington's leading Agency and that's simply because they collectively work hard to meet customer expectations and truly know the local market. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I used Holmes Naden to sell my house and the house I bought in Bollington was also with Holmes Naden, so I experienced both buying and selling with them. Very friendly local staff that have been there a long time so plenty of experience and a pleasure to deal with. Particularly helpful using the local agent when selling your house, would definitely use them next time!

Would like to make a review of someone who has really helped me through a rental property in times of need. I was up to my eyes in it Fred xmas with my business and I approached Holmes naden to help me sort contracts etc for the property. They took control right away easing the work load for me. In particular Ellis was the driving force around the work need, inventory, checks and contracts etc. I didn't need to be involved at all so that I could concentrate on my business saving me time and money emailing calling and traveling to and from to sort it out. The property has since come empty again and I approached them again to add it to the market and get it sorted. They have been very helpful and again Ellis helped in sorting the new tenant and when my old tenants were struggling to get a time for people to look round and photographer to come in they made good contact with the tenant and agreed they would use the spare key and in that time they found a new tenant. meaning the property isn't empty and not bringing an income in. All the staff I have been in contact with have been incredibly professional and very good at keeping me in the loop. I would like to thank the whole of Holmes naden and Ellis for their help in making my life easier in situations which have been made hard work everyday life and battles standing in the way. Look forward to working with them again in 12 months when the rental contract is up. Thanks you
