My son has been going through a tough time lately, being in and out of hospital. Today, we decided to go bowling. The staff definitely went above and beyond in regards to making us feel welcome! We had a wonderful day at the Hollywood Bowl. I took my grandchildren and they loved the bowling and there are loads of gaming machines to keep them excited. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help. They also have food for all the family. I would definitely recommend it for a fun family day out for all ages...

Had an amazing time been many many times before but would have been better with the usual Guinness drunk state. Ruined the experience and didn't end up in my usual state which is always good fun. I won't be back unless Guinness is guaranteed and I have my own person Guinness chauffeur. Also could yous please get tennants in for the love of God literally.
Worst experience on this visit. Before I did enjoyed and had good experience, but this time I won’t even give the 1 star because of the management and wow food stall was closed by 9:20, bowling was going to be closed by 10:00 so they didn’t allow us to play, on the top of that what a comparison of spending money of a small group and big group. I mean is there any rule or anything that says only big group will spend money and small groups doesn’t spend money. I just want to say one thing, ”Don’t judge book by its cover”. I’m sorry to say but I did had worst experience this time and very disappointed, all this happened on my brothers birthday .

We came at 9:30 and was rejected for playing a game because we are 5 people and then a group of 20 came in at 10:30 and they were given a game. When asked what’s is this discrimination the management gave us the explanation saying they are a big group and they will be spending more money up here as we are only group of 5 they estimated we don’t spend money. So my points are 1. Is money important or customer service? 2. Is large group needed to play a game or customer service should be equal for everyone irrespective of the people? 3. The manager should be thinking of customer service or just about money ? If this the case I think there need not be a manager up there instead the staff can run the show My main point how come a manager can say the large group will spend and not us how can he discriminate how can he estimate our spending. This is very very bad service in my opinion.””
Good selection of arcade games to keep and adults entertained. Loved the option to exchange for cash using your contact less payment at one of the machines. The only thing is the toys machines throughout rip you off be careful as its a scam the machince will pick up the toys and then drop it back down making you spend more and more. They also put the heaviest teddies in the machine so that the claw cannot grip long enough and drop the items. Bowling is good cost £30 for a family of 4, 2 adults and two kids. The bowling machine is easy to setup and staff are good. Only things we found today was that they have no staff available to help exchanging the token receipt for gifts.
