Booked online for husbands birthday and got upgraded for free to VIP lane. Plus, one of our party couldn't make it and we were given a voucher for another game at a later date. Couldn't ask for more. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Also, a massive shout out to your team member - Nathan. What an absolutely lovely young man he is and a real credit to your team. The bowling was great fun and easy to set up however the arcade was tired and half the machines didn’t work . Kids wasted so much money only for it not to work or tickets get clogged up. The restaurant was nice too.

We booked online via the easy to use website and turned up and started bowling - easy as 1, 2, 3. Hollywood Bowl has a massive amusement arcade section to enjoy whilst you’re waiting for your games and it’s really good! The lanes are awesome and as we booked online, no time was wasted in setting the game up. We were taken care of by Lindsey who is so friendly, genuine and caring - she was a delight and always smiling. Really great service. It is pricey but everything is pricey these days - however the service and experience is 10/10.
Hollywood Bowl in Leicester is a wonderful bowling alley located on the Meridian Business park in the outskirts of the town, close to the M69 for easy access. There is a very large free car park on site as well. Facilities are excellent, no issues with bowling there at all, very well presented place, quirky decor and good atmosphere. There are also tons of excellent arcade style games on site and a restaurant with reasonably priced food and drink. Highly recommended.
My family had a really nice time there. We had 2 games of bowling for about 80£, 5 players. It took us approximately 2 hours. There are a lot of different arcades, games and attractions.
