Is bowling, What is not to like. Lane/table service was a bonus. Everyone had a great time. So easy to forget how enjoyable throwing balls at pins is, will go back, simple pleasures!!
Staff were EXCELLENT!!! The customer service was outstanding. Free parking across the road. Drinks were reasonably priced. Only 4 stars and not 5 because the air con wasn't working and it was 36C outside and it felt like it was hotter inside. Played three games and I didn't win any which was reassuring as I was concerned I might have randomly improved my game in the ten years since I last played.
It's cool if you are looking for an activity. Arcade is alright too Service can sometimes be a bit harsh. Would consider going again....it was a great date night place.
Location is great. Huge car park and easy access. Had nice time with friends. We came here to have fun to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Its my first time play bowling. It was fun. I just dont like the smell. I mean the smoke, cigarette and area/floor look a bit dirty. Its god to see lots of people are having fun and crowded. Just a little bit queue when we went to bar.
Perfect Christmas eve day with the family, it had the potential to be busy later on, but was fine whilst I had my hour and a half.
Me and my little daughter came for two games this evening and I gave her £20 to play arcade game after, she didn’t do amazingly on the tokens she had 1 token short of a prize. I said to the nice lady without my little one listening pls can I buy a little slime toilet as my kid thinks she done so well, she said it’s fine, and let my little girl pick her own little colour. It’s just the little things. I wish I toke her name, are booking was 5.30pm this evening , She was lovely. Will 100% be taking the hole family back very soon. Sacha
We had very horrible experience overall with the service and staff behaviour, The bartender was charging extra price on drinks I.e., prices was higher comparing to the menu when we asked about that he annoyed us and answered I don’t know and started calculating in his mobile, and no receipt provided awkward experience there and we been bowling alley booking counter and asked for three plays for six players and staff over there insisted us to book for one play and we will get discount for second play when we went to ask the same the another staff said we are sorry we don’t have such offers giving here I don’t understand when there is no such offer how come the staff before serviced us given that information we don’t know who is wrong and what is right and food stall was closed at 7:30 pm The staff over there behaved like they don’t want us to come back again. Very bad experience @ first in

So bad there is No 0 .Booked online a game with my kids on last Saturday22th October . In the middle of the game we ordered some nachos and water for the table mean tap water the waitress informed us that is busy and need to wait. No problem. Will wait Already had ordered a beer from the bar. As we were waiting I realised she charged an extra £2.60 for a small bottle of water .I asked to take it back as I did not order she replied IS ALREADY PAID.I realised she might be new as she had no clue about service The last 2 games the rudest person on the earth that called herself "manager "came and without even presented herself asked to finish the game as other people were waiting. I could not belive this was TRUE. I turned around to check if this was a joke .Then I reminded to her that we paid as well and waited as well and in the end of the day I ordered some nachos that have not arrived yet . She went straight in Kitchen .saw her talking to the waitress who served us . Then came again to us by asking to take the nachos and eating in another table as she was going to bring other people in 5 minutes....I could not believe I did not want to be be more rude than she was as my kids start shaking thinking I will start fighting .I ASKED TO THIS SO CALLED MANAGER to leave us alone and let us finish the game and not continue to argue in front of my kids. As nothing happened she left repeating I will bring the other people in 5 minutes. Another waiter came with nachos HALF OF PORTION. As they made it in rush and with no napkins at all ..said something about late or whatever.i reminded that he did not brink any napkins at all .then I directed to the dinner area and collected by myself. I complaint to the Company explaining what happened and asked to refund all the money back .but again like nothing happened they offered another game . I said ...do you understand I do not want to see anymore that place ???? Nothing . THEN I RELAISED that they are there just to make money and not to make friends. I was so disappointed and SCARED at the same time. Deleted this place for ever .Is This a general company issue?
I went with some friends and my assistance dog was amazing! Thank you for being accessible. Not once was I made to feel different or asked why the dog was there, staff were very respectful and completely ignored my assistance dog and gave him space to do his job. As a disabled person this gives me the confidence to be able to go out and do fun things like this. Will definitely be coming back for another game
